Court reflected upon the behaviour of severall of his Maties
Justices of the peace
for this County without Just cause, or
suffering the said

. Justices of
the peace for this County or any three or more of them to consider
of proper meanes for indicateing the Honour of the Comicon &
preventing the life undue refleccons for the future, and alsoe to
inquire & report whether formerly there were not any & was member
of Justices of the peace for this County usually, patt into the Cornicon
of Goal Delivery for this County, the Occassion whereof hath of
late years caused a Sleight to be put upon the Justices of the peace
for this County as if they had noe right to give their attendance
at the Sessions of Goal Delivery
for this County, the Occassion
whereof hath of late years caused a sleight to be putt Upon the Justices
of the peace for this County as if they had two right to give
their attendance of the Sessions of Goal Deliveryor to make their
appearance at that Court, And to consider & report their Opinions
at their next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County that they may have Justice done them in that behalfe
And the Justices of the peace above named or any three or more
of them are hereby desired to assemble & meet together at Hick's hall
aforesaid on Thursday the fourteenth day of March next at ten
of the clock in the forenoon to consider of the matters above named
menconed And the Clerke of the peace of this County is to attend
the sd Justices of the peace at the true and place aforesaid with an
accompt of what He can find or be informed of as to the Justices of
peace for Middx being put into the Comicon of Oyer & Terminer
