James Debaufre< no role > Clerk to Marcus Dixon< no role > of London Street
Shemchruchstreet in the City of London Merchant maketh Oath and saith
that Benjamin Dexon< no role > named in the Letter hereto annexed resides wholly
at Richmond in the County of Surry and does not Act in any manner in
the Business carried on by the said Marcus Dixon< no role > other than his the said,
Benjamin Dixon< no role > 's Name being used thereone, And this Deponent further
saith that such Letters or Papers as one brought to the house of the said
Marcus Dixon< no role > in London Street aforesaid directed to the said Benjamin
Dixon usually to the hands of this Deponent and are by him forwarded
to the said Benjamin Dixon< no role > And this Deponent further saith that hear
not receive any Summons directed to the said Benjamin Dixon< no role > in the Month
of June last nor was the said Benjamin Dixson< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. in London during the said
Month to this Deponents Knowledge or belief And this Deponent further
saith that if any such Summons was left at the said house the same most
have been last or reislaid by the Servants of the said Marcus Dixon< no role > and
never came to the hands of this Deponent or of the said Benjamin Dixon< no role >
as this Deponent hath been informed and believes And lastly this Deponent
saith that the said Benjamin Dixon< no role > is of the Age of Eighty Years or
there abouts and cannot without endangering his health attend this
Honourable Court
