Watch Spring Maker maketh Oath that a Commission of Bankrupt
Issues against him in the Month of March last and at the Time
he was Summoned to attend as a River at the Sessions held at Justice
Hall in the Old Baily in the Month of July last he had Reason to
apprehend several of his Creditors would arrest him and not
having then obtained his certificate he was afraid to appear
in Public and therefore could not attend the said Summons.
