and saith that he is a Lodger
in the House of MrAlexander of
Town Street
Butcher
for about Eighteen Months last past and was so at
the times hereafter mentioned when he incurred the two several times
of Five pounds for non attendance as a Juryman, And that he never
was a house keeper
in the City of London
And this Deponent
saith that
in the Month of February last past he did not receive any Summons
whatsoever to attend as a Jury man nor did he hear of any such Summons
having been left for him this Deponent
, And this Deponent
saith that he
did receive a Summons to attend as a Juryman as the Sessions in
April last which was delivered to him in bed, he this Deponent
being
as that time confined thereto by a Newons Fever which put it wholly
out of his power to attend the said Summons.
