further Saith that he also made Enquiry for the said Gabriel Lyon< no role >
in the Neighbourhood of Cock and Hoop Yard and was Informed ley a
Friend and acquaintance of the said Gabriel Lason< no role > of the Name of Mr.
Levy Lazarous< no role > at Number 14 in Cock and Hoop Yard aforesaid that
last in order to go to Sunderland on Business and then said he would
return to London about the Middle of March Inst. and which Information
this Deponent verily believes to be true, and this Deponent Jacob Canter< no role >
for Himselfsaithfurther Saith that he has no doubt but that He
Shall be able to Supana the said Gabriel Lyon< no role > so as to Procure his
Attendance to give Evidence for this Deponent on the Tryal of the above
two Indictments at the next Sessions.
