Samuel Radenhurst< no role > }
on the prosecution of
George Frorser< no role > for
Perjury.

John Martin< no role > of Lyon's Inn without the Liberty of
Westminster Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That
at the General Session of Oyer and Terminer holden for the
City of London in the Month of December last the said
Samuel Radenhurst< no role > was indicted for Wilful and Corrupt
Perjury That at the same Session the said Samuel
Radenhurst pleaded Not Guilty to the said Indictment
and entered into Recognizance with James Bowdery< no role >
and William Bowdery< no role > , that he the said Samuel
Radenhurst should at the then next Session try his
Traverse on the said Indictment. That afterwards
to wit, at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer holden
for the said City of London in the Month of January
last the said Recognizance was on Motion ordered
by the Court to be respited until this present Session
And this Deponent farther Saith that on the twenty
Eighth day of February instant he did search at
the Office of the Clerk of the said General Session of
Oyer and Terminer for the said City of London and
that the said Samuel Radenhurst< no role > hath not sued
out or obtained a Writ of Denire Facias for
impannalling a Jury to try his Traverse on
