of the Absence of a Material Witness the Trial of the said Defendant
is Put off and their Recognizance ordered to stand Respected untill
the next Session Upon Condition that they Pay unto the Prosecutor
his Costs of the day out of Pocket Occasioned by their not Proceeding
to Trial such Costs to be Taxed by the Clerk of this Session
