to Informant at the Bank between the Hours of one
and two o'Clock with the said last mentioned Power which
she delivered to the proper Officer for Passing power to
Transfer Stock when Informant detained her and brought
her before the Accountant having priviously learnd that
the Powers were forgid

Informant William Winterborn for himself saith that
he is Proprieter of Two hundred and Seventy five pounds
three P Cents reduced Annunities Transferrable at the
Bank of England that two Powers of Attorney produced
and shown to him to transfer Two hundred and Fifty
Pounds part thereof were not signed by him not has
he given or Signed any power whatsoever to transfer
the same or any part thereof that he knows the
Prisoner whose real Name is Sophia [..] Single
but that she is no relution of his this Informants
