and Joseph Parr< no role >
of Tottenham
in the County of
Middlesex
Severally Make Oath and Say and first this
Deponent Francis Parr< no role >
for himself Saith that Robert Martin< no role >
Captain
of the Ship Lady Jane in the West India trade and
Several Mariners belonging to the said Ship are Material
Witnesses for Deponent on the Indictments now depending
Against him and that without their Testimony Deponent
Cannot Safely take his tryal And this Deponent Joseph
Parr for himself saith that he did on the Ninth day of
January instant make enquiry at New Lloyds Coffee house
in the Royal Exchange
relative to the said Captain Robert
Martin and the Mariners of the said Ship the Lady Jane
and was informed by Mc.Thomas Taylor< no role >
the Master of
the said Coffee House
that the said Ship Lady Jane with the
said Captain Robert Martin< no role >
cleared out on the Twenty Sixth
day of October last and Set Sail a few days after for Antigua
in the West Indies and that the said Ship is not expected
to arrive in England till the beginning of May next
Ensuing which Information this Deponent believes
to be true
