Woman to leave the Letter of Attorney when Informant told
her that if it Passed the might ackt upon if the Day
following that the Letter of Attorney Informant received
from the Prisoner he accordingly left in the proper Office
to be allowed and which he believer is one of those new
produced That the following Day the Prisoner and he
believes the same Young Woman that accompanied
her the preciding Day came to him in the Reduced
Office and sayd that she was came to transfer the
Stock which Informant immediately sold and the
Prisoner signed the Transfer as the Attorney empowered
by the said William Winterborn< no role > the Proprietor thereof
after which Informant paid her seventy three pounds
twelve Shillings and six Pence being the net produce
afterupon which they parted to And this Informant
further saith that the Prisoner came to him again
on Wednesday the 20th. of this Instant about the Four of
Two o'Clock when he was particularly engaged at the Bank
and sayd that her Name was Winterborn and that she
wanted another Letter of Attorney from her Father to her
to sell another £150 of the same Stockthatthat Informant
went with her to the proper Office and gave Instructions
as before and left the Prisoner there to take it when
Prepared and which Informant believes was
immediately done that the Prisoner came Yesterday
