Francis Parr< no role > now a Prisoner in his
Majesty's Gaol of Newgate maketh Oath that for three
Years last part he has been Steward of and in that
Capacity Sailed on Board the Ship Lady Jane Robert
Martin Commander in the West India Trade. that the
Said Capt Martin, and Several Sailor belonging to
that Ship who are material Witnesses for this deponent
went abroad before the Seventh of Novr. last, and
have from thence hitherto been and Still are abroad
at the deponent is informed and believes and
without whose Testimony the deponent cannot
Safely take his Trial
