maketh Oath and Saith that
he hath not received or ever nor did he know or hear of
any Summons or Notice to attend the Jury Summoned to
at the Quarters or General Session of the Peace for the
City of London
in May last given or left or as having been
given or left for him at his Place of about until one
of the Neighbours acquainted him of his being fined five
Pounds for not attending and also that he hath [..] at any then given [..] Direction to any Person or Domestic in his House to with held such [..] Summons [..] that Content [..] And this Deponent further
Saith that he has been and Housekeeper upwards of twenty
Years in the Wards of Cheap and Coleman Street
and
during all that time he hath not omitted attending
any one Jury to which he was summoned to the
best of his Knowledge and Relief
