the Sessions held in and for the said City of London

last, he had really and bone Fide, given up House keeping altho'

an half afterwards as a Lodger
And this Deponent further saith, that

was the House keeper of the said House and
paid Rent for the same, at the Time he was so summoned, and
this Deponent was merely a Lodger in the said House.
