that on Friday the 15th day of July instant as this Day [..]

the Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate [..]
appearing to Dept. as a [..]
Mare upon a full Gallop having an H [..]
each side of the sd Mare [..]
the's Dept. and if Dept, at the time the sd Mare
[..] was passing Dept. had not [..] [..] his Head [..]
near Hamper must have [..] beat him [..]
a Woman who had the deced an Infant appear [..]
to be about a Year old in her Arms
the Hamper on the near side of the said Mare [..]

City of London Chemist and Druggist maketh Oath and saith that
on Friday Morning the fifteenth day of July instant he this Depone [..]
was called to the Assistance of the deceased which was then in the
Shop of the said Mr. Stock that upon Examining the deceased her [..]
perceivedthat the toa depression of the Scull between the brou [..]
of the Forehead and the Crown of the Head - that he this Deponent
apprehends and is of Opinion that the same was occasioned by the
