saith on Oath that on Monday the
27th instant abt. eight o clock in the evening. Mr. Hunt
the other informants brot. the prisoner Thomas Martin< no role >
into Sus Shop
and produced on sett of blue and White Linen
Bed furniturewhichand fourteen Yards of Red and white
Linnen
which is his propertyFrancis Hunt< no role >
on
his Oath saith that last MondayMorningEvening he
saw the prisoner. take out of the Shop of Mr Chessey
a parcell of Linnen & Bed furniture upon which
informant pursued him and took him with
the Linnen Bed Furniture and Fourteen Yards
of Red & White Linen bed furniture which is now
produced upon him, that he took the prisoner
into the Shop of Mr. Chessey
& informed him of
what he saw who owned the Linnen now produced
& sent for a Constable to secure the Prisoner
