Who saith that on Monday Night the thirteenth day of July last at about
Eleven of the Clock he met with the Prisoner Sarah Lindsey< no role >
at a Public
House in Grub Street the Sign of Saint Paul
and asked he to drink
with him, that he took her from thence to his Appartment in Bell
Court where they went to Bed together, that [..] Prisons
to Informants going into Bed he bolled the Door of his Room and
in the Morning when he awoke which was between four and five of the
Clock he missed the Prisoner that he thereupon got up and found that
he had been robbed of his Watch and four or five Shillings
Money, that he saw nothing of the Prisoner until the next night
when he found her in Parbican
, and there secured her, but she
declared that she was not the Person who lay with Informant the
Night he was Robbed nor had she any knowledge whatsoever
of him John Litley
