Who being
on Oath saith, that on Thursday Afternoon last,
about Four O'Clock, the Prisoner

under Examination, came to the Shop of him this
Informant, and cheapened several Pieces of Baron and had
them weighedSays, that before this time, he
had cut the Bacon now produced, into two Pieces,
and laid them in the ShopSays, that being
informed by a Customer in the Shop, whom he
does not know, that the Prisoner had taken some
Bacon, he followed her into the Market, and on
putting the Prisoners Cloak aside, he saw the
Bacon now produced concealed under itSays,
that he took the Bacon from her, and she
acknowledged to have stolen it, fell upon her
Knees and begged for Mercy.
