saith that being in the Steel Yard
Yesterday he saw Richard

now under Examination walking
in there, and did not perceive

thing in his Hand, says that he said him go into the pass age to a Ware house
then next to which he hath heard & believes some Indigo was
missed out of says that he afterwards saw the said
prisoner walking with the bundle of Indigo as the
same is now produced, says that this informant asked him
what he had got in his apron to which he replied that
he had got a few Coals, says the prisoner refused to cash
this Informant see what was in his Apron, but he
this Informant appearing determined to see what he
had, at length the said
