on or about the twenty fifth day of February one thousand seven hundred
and Eighty he accompanied

in the County of Surry Mariner

Catherine Dicks< no role >
his Wife
before
Andrew Coltee< no role >
Ducarel Surrogate
of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
and
and or boththat the said
Catherine Dicks< no role >
and then and there make Oath that
Richard Wallister< no role >
late belonging to his Majesty's Ships Boyne and Grafton deceased
departed this life in the Month of June in the year 1779 a Bachelor
Intestate without Parents a Seaman
in the Pay of his Majesty's
Navy and that she the said Catherine was the natural and lawfull
Sister and next of Kin of the said Deceased and therefore Prayed
Ledden of Administration of all and singular the Goods
and
Chettels and Credits of the said Deceased to be committed and
in order to receive the Wages due or supposed to be due to this and

granted to her the said Catherine on giving the usual security
which was granted her accordingly and that the said Thomas
Dicks did them and there become a surity for the said Catherine duly
administring the said deceased's Estate and Effects And this Informent
further saith that he hath heard and believes that the said Thomas
Dicks well knew at the truce of such Administration as
aforesaid that the said Catherine was no
