Detained on oath of Jane Dalton< no role > and others, for stealing 2 silver table-
spoons, several gowns, a chintz counterpane, a scarlet cloak, Etc. her
property. Dated Jan. 25, 1781.

35 Walter Townshend, in New-prison , committed by T. Bishop, Esq ; on
oath of George Litster and another, or privately stealing in his shop,
in the parish of St. Ann , Westminster , 3 parcels containing 360 copper
halfpence, value 15s. Dated Jan. 23, 1781.

oath of Jonathan Higginson< no role > , on suspicion of stealing, in the city of
London, £100 in money, his property. Dated Jan. 23, 1781.
