Aldgate High Street in the City of London
Butcher taken before me this first day of
January 1781

Who being on Oath says that on or about the 6th or 7th of
September last a Person now present who calls herself Ann
Martin hired herself as a Servant to this Informant and
the next day went away after robbing thir Informant's
house of a pint silver mug, three Silver tea Spoons. one
Silver table Spoon, two silver salt Spoons and a pair of silver
tea tongs. Says that a table Spoon three tea Spoons and
two salt Spoons now produced by Mr. Payne, are the
very same which were stolen from him as a foresaid.
