amongst a number of Other prisons pulling up the flooring
of a Dwelling house said to belong to a Roman Catholic
Preset
adjoining to the Chaple there Scituated That the said
Prisoner

but seem'd to this Informant to be much in Liquor That
this informant desired him to desist and go about his
business to which he reply'd no popery andbut stillpersever'd
in demolishingthesaid House
