mitted by W. Addington, Esq ; on oath of Percilval Philips< no role > and an-
other, on suspicion of having been guilty of diverse felonies. Dated
March 17, 1780.

Detained on oath of Thomas Gibson< no role > , Paul Julion, and others, on suspi-
cion of having feloniously assaulted the said Thomas Gibson< no role > , James
Gibson, and Paul Julion, on the king's highway, put them in fear,
and feloniously taken from their persons a silver watch, a metal watch,
and about 3l. 13s. 6d. their property. Dated March 29, 1780.
