Edward Steward< no role > , otherwise Harris, from Tothillfields-bridewell , com-
mitted by S. Wright, Esq ; on oath of Frederick Hahn, Esq ; and others,
on suspicion of having feloniously assaulted him on the highway in the
county of Surry, put him in fear, and taken from his person 2 purses,
and some money, his property. Dated March 22, 1780.

Detained on oath of Frederick Hahn, Esq ; and others, for feloniously
assaulting Barbara Hahn< no role > and Louisa Hahn< no role > on the king's highway in
the county of Surry, putting them in fear, and some silver, the property
of the said Barbara Hahn and Louisa Hahn. Dated March 29, 1780.

diverse felonies and robberies, Dated March 18, 1780.

from his person a green coat, a white waistcoat, a pair of stockings,

Wright,
< no role > Esq ; on oath of John Jennings< no role > , on suspicion of having feloni-
ously received 2 cloaks, 2 gowns, and other apparel, the property of a
certain person unknown, knowing the same to be stolen. Dated March
18, 1780.

Detained by name of Elizabeth Bagnell< no role > , otherwise Rose, on oath of Mary
James and another, for feloniously receiving, in the county of Middlesex ,
two remnants of silk, and one apron, her property, knowing the same to
be stolen. Dated March 22, 1780.

Detained on oath of Sarah Hutchinson< no role > and another, on suspicion of having
feloniously received, in the county of Middlesex , a black mode cloak, a
striped silk gown, a petticoat, a linnen gown, and a piece of callico,
the property of Samuel Hutchinson< no role > , knowing the same to be stolen.
Dated March 29, 1780.

Detained on oath of Sarah Hudson< no role > and another, for feloniously receiving,
in the county of Middlesex , a cotton gown, Etc. the property of Henry
Hudson,

John Sparrow< no role > , from Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by S. Wright,
Esq; on oath of William Jakeman< no role > and another, for unlawfully, mali-
ciously, and feloniously assaulting him with a certain offensive weapon
or instrument, and by menaces, and in and by a forcible and violent
manner, demanding money, goods and chattels, of and from the said
William Jakeman< no role > , with a felonious intent to rob him thereof. Dated
March 13, 1780.

Detained on oath of John Turner Harris< no role > and others, for feloniously
assaulting him in a certain open place near the king's highway, putting
him in fear, and feloniously taking from his person a silver watch and
three shillings, his property. Dated March 15, 1780.
