Who being upon Oath say and first the said Sarah
Hutchinson< no role >
says that on Sunday Evening the 2nd. of January last
her house in Lambeth March aforesaid was enter'd by some person
or persons at the Window of her Bed Chamber and robbed of a
black Mode Cloak, a striped silk Gown, a white Marcella Petticoat
one Linen Gown and a piece and a half of Callies of a Chintr
pattern (which was not then made up) was produced together
with several other thingsAnd the said Charles Jealous< no role >
for
himself says that on Saturday morning last he found
all the before mentioned things now produced in the
Possesion of a person now present who calls himself
William Bagnall< no role >
in Whites Alley Chancery Lane
and further saith that the Wife of the said William
Bagnall was present at the time he found the same and
declared that they were all her property, that she had bought
them and had got Receipts to prove the same
