taken before me this 22nd. day of March 1780

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Martha
Scott saith that on or about the 29th. day of December last this
Informants house in Crown Street aforesaid was robbed of a buff
coloured Lewis Window Curtain now produced together with divers other things the property
of Jane Case< no role > who lodged in this Informants house and the said
John Labar< no role > for himself says that on Saturday last he found the
buff coloured Linen Window Curtain now produced by him in the
Possession of a person now present who calls himself William
