Formerly a Servant to this Deponent is a
Material Witness for this Deponent in this Cause and
that he Cannot safely proceed to Trial in this Cause without
the Testimony of the said James Croaker< no role >
and this Deponent
saith that the said James Croaker< no role >
now is and for about
Four Months Last past has been at Deal as this Deponent
is informed and Verily Believes but in What part of the
Downs he is this Deponent does not know nor Can discover
altho he has done his Utmost Endeavours to find out where
he is in Order to have him served with a Subpeena to
Testify in this Cause but this Deponent Saith that he
is Informed that the said James Croaker< no role >
will be in
London
in Three Weeks time and this Deponent Verily
Believes that such Information is true and that
he will be in London by that time
