that any time before three or that day could be full time enough
to attend to prosecute the said James Croyden< no role > And this Deponent
further saith that upon presenting his Indictment to the Officer at
the Grand Jury Room on the same Friday between the same hours
of Eleven and One he was to his great Surprize inform'd that the
Jury had gone through all their business and were discharged
And lastly this Deponent saith that he did not neglect to prefer his
Indictment from any favour or affection to the said James Croyden< no role >
or for any Reward or hope or promise thereof but that he wished
and fully intend to prosecute the said James Croyden according
to the Condition of his Recognizance and that he was intirely
deceived by the Information which he received as to the
time when the Grand Jury would be Discharged.
