The Information of Marcus Polak< no role > taken upon
his Oath this 6th day of February 1776 before us David
Wilmot
< no role > and James Penleaze< no role > Esqr . two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex

This Informant upon his Oath Saith that a Commission of Bankrupt
issued against Lewis oppenhein< no role > and Hymen Levy< no role > late of Hounsditch in
the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate London Merchants and Copartners
on or about the 16th. day of November 1758 and that they were declared
Bankrupts and that they never Surrendered themselves to the
Commissioners on the said Commission named or the Major part of their
or any of the Days appointed by the said Gazette to make a full
Discovery and Disclosure of their Estate and Effects.
