London and Liberties thereof in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dionis
Backchurch London.

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order of Removal under the
hands and Seals of the Right Honorable John Wilkes< no role >
Esquire Lord Mayor and Frederick Bull< no role > Esquire one of the
Aldermen of the said City Two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City and Liberties thereof One being
of the Quorum bearing date the Twenty ninth day of
March 1775 . Sarah Harrow< no role > a Singlewoman was
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Dunstan in the East in the City of London unto the said
Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch as the Place of her
last legal Settlement

Your Petitioner conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order, Appeal against the
same to this Honorable Court, and pray such
Relief in the Premisses as to This Honorable Court
shall seem meet.

And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc.
