removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Dunstan in the East
in the City of London unto the said
Parish of Saint Dionis Backchurch
as the Place of her
last legal Settlement
Your Petitioner conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order, Appeal against the
same to this Honorable Court, and pray such
Relief in the Premisses as to This Honorable Court
shall seem meet.
And your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc.
