maketh Oath and Saith that the Prosecutrix Elizabeth
Whittaker is a very material Witness against the said
Henrietta Lake< no role > and without whose testimony this
Deponent is informed and verily believes an Indictment
cannot be supported before the grand Inquest and this
Deponent further saith that the said Prosecutrix is
now as he verily believes so dangerously ill that
she cannot attend at this sessions to give evidence
before the grand Inquest without great hazard and
danger of her life
