Oath & Saith that he this Deponent was bound by
Recognizance to give Evidence, against [..] William Hines< no role >
and William Lane< no role > at the Session of the peace held for the
City of London in June last for stealing a linen Handkerchief the
property of Richard Hooker< no role > and this Deponent further
Saith that he did attend at the said Session to give
Evidence according to the ten or of his recognizance
outbythe prosealtor did not attend to prefer any
Indictment against the said prisoners at tho he was
informed and requested so to do [..]
