Hatton Yard aforesaid with an intent to serve him
with a like subpena on behalf of the said Hugh
Griffiths< no role > but was not able so to do being informed
by the Wife of the said Gilbert Edwards< no role > that he
would take such Subpena and that he was gone
out of the way to avoid being a Witness for the said
Hugh Griffiths< no role > and that he Edwards would
not appear in Town until after the said Trial
was over or the said Edwards's expressed herself
in Words to that or the like effect
