London Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith That he this Deponent
Did on Monday the [..] twelfth Day of October Instant serve
a true Copy of the Notice of Trial hereunto Annexed by leaving the
same with the Servant of Andrew Mr. Alpine the Prosecutor
at his the said Prosecutors Shop in the Temple , And this Depont
further saith that the said Prosecutor did afterwards acknowledge
to this Deponent that he had received the said Notice so left
for him with his Servant aforesaid
