The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Swithin
in the said City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands & Seals
of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being of
the Quourm) dated the thirteenth Day of December last Past,

was removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldersgate
in the said City to the said Parish of Saint Swithin
as the
Place of her last legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of
the said two Justices and therefore humbly appeal to this honble Court
against the same and
Pray that this Honble Court will be pleased
to hear and determine their said Appeal
and make such Order therein as shall be
Just.
And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
