Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Ann at Westminster
in the County of Middx
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles
London, That Margaret Sheldon< no role > wife of Joseph
Sheldon
< no role > gone from her did

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Margaret Sheldon< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Joseph Sheldon< no role > & Margaret
his wife
to be in the said Parish of Saint Ann and that thitherto
the said Margaret Sheldon< no role >
and that thithertoought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Margaret
Sheldon
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Ann
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 18th Day of July One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven
