To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor
and other his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the City of London in their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said
City at Guildhall assembled.

The Humble Petition of Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mildred the Virgin in the Poultry London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Settlement or Removal
under the hand and Seals of the Right Honourable his
Robert Kite< no role > Knight Lord Mayor of the said City and
Samuel Turner< no role > Esqr . one of the Aldermen of the said City
and two of his Majestys Justices of the peace of the said
City bearing Date the first Day of April 1767 Thomas
Wadsworth
< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint Peter
Le poor in Broad Street London to the said Parish of
Saint Mildred as the place of his last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggreived

Therefore they Humbly appeal to this Honourable
Court against the said Order of the said Justices
and may this Court to make such order therein as
to them shell been meet.

And your Petitioners shell ever pray
