The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Alhallows Staining
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass warrant under the Hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City (one
being of the Quorum) dated the fourth Day of June last past

, gone from her, who is a native of Ireland
and has no Settlement in England and their three
Children

aged five Years

aged three years and
Thomas< no role >
Aged three Months, were removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph
Bishopsgate
in the said City to the said Parish of Alhallows Staining
as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices and therefore humbly appeal to this Honble Court
against the same and
Pray that the Benefit of this their Appeal
may be saved unto them and that the Hearing
and Determining thereof may be adjourned
Pray that this Honble Court will be pleased
until the next General Session of the peace
to hear and determine their said Appeal;
to be holden for the said City
and make such Order therein as shall be
Just
