The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
Blackfriars
in the said City of London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City
(one being of the Quorum) dated the 18th. Day of May last past

six Months, were removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew by the
Wardrobe
in the said City to the said Parish of Saint Ann Blackfriars
as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices and therefore humbly appeal to this Honble
Court against the same and
Pray that this Honble Court will be
pleased to hear and Determine the said
Appeal, and make such Order therein as
shall be Just.
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
