before me this fifth day of Apl 1765

Who being upon Oath says that he knows Angelo Malovigg< no role >
Husband of Mary Malovigg< no role > now in Custody, says that the said
Malovigg aboutsixnine months agoe at the time this Informant
arrived in England borrowed five Guineas of this Informant
some time after which sd. Malovigg told him that he was very
Poor and cou'd not possibly pay him the Money, but desired this
Informant to come and lodge at his House and that he wou'd make
him satisfaction in Board and Lodgings, that soon after he went
to lodge at Malovigg's house vizt. about two Months, he this Informt.
being in Company with sd. Malovigg, Saml. [..] gano, and others at
an Alehouse on Saltpehe Bank a Conversation as are about
the Death of one Harry Johnson< no role > who had been Drowned from on
Board the Man of War called the Elizabeth said Pingano wrote
down the Name of said Harry Johnson< no role > , and said, as said Johnson
saidwas Dead he (Pingano) wou'd and receive his Money, meaning
his wages & due to him for Services done on Board the said
Ship, and that sd. Angelo Malovigg replied I'll go with you
to receive it and be Partner, says the next day sd. Pingano employed
a Scrisiner to fill up a Power of attorney as the Power as Attorney
of sd. Deceased Harry Johnson, says that said Pingano and Malovigg
then employed a Woman (used to that business) and delivered said forged
Power to her in Order to go to the Navy Office to over hale the Books
says that after this, he this Informt. went with said Malovigg and
Pingano to Portsmouth [..] when said Malovigg and Pingano
attempted to Receive the Money due to sd. Johnson but was at that
time refused, that they then returned to London and procured some
other Instrument by which they did afterwards receive the
Money due to sd. Harry Johnson part at Portsmouth and part
at Chatham
