Whereas it Appears to me Sir

that within two years last Past she Pawned
with you the said
John Bottomley< no role >
a silk Camblet suit of Boys Cloath
to wit a Coat Waistcoat and a Pair of Breeches
in the whole of the
value of Eighteen Shillings for the sum of Five Shillings
And Whereas it Appears to me the said Justice as well on
the Oath of the said Elizabeth Winspeare as of
Catherine Burn< no role >
that on the sixteenth of this Instant March she tendered to you
the said
John Bottomley< no role >
the sum of nine Shillings in Order to
take thereout the said sum of Five Shillings and the Interest
and Charges for Warehouse Room Agreed upon which Amounted
to Two Shillings and three Pence or thereabouts being after the
Rate of one Penny Half penny for each month from the time of
lending the said Five Shillings And Whereas it duly Appears
to me that you the said

have refused to Accept the
Money so as aforesaid tendered to you Now on hearing of
the said Matter in the Presence of you the said
