taken before me this 29th. day of Decr 1764

Who being upon Oath Says that on Monday Night last
about Seven o'Clock three Persons now Present who
call themselves Richd. Gammon< no role > Joseph Davis< no role > and
Richd. Imer< no role > came into his Room (said Davis being his
acquaintance) that he then and there saw said Imer
take out of his Apron a Quantity of Silk and Silk & Cotton
Handkerchiefs which they counted to thirty three
and that said Imer afterwards carried them away with
