Whereas one Cally a Slave Girl was at a Session of
Oyer and Terminer and General Gaol Delivery held for
the Town of Calcutta in Bengal in the East Indies [..]
convicted of Felony [..]
Masters house; We have thought fit upon Consideration
of some Circumstances humbly represented unto Us in [..]
Behalf inducing Us to extend Our Grace and Mercy to her
to grant her Our Free pardon for the said Crime Our Will
and Pleasure therefore is that she the said Cally be inserted
for her said Crime in our First and next General Pardon
that shall come out for the poor Convicts of Newgate And
for so doing this shall be Your Warrant Given at our
Court at St. James's the tenth Day of January
1764 in
the fourth Year of Our Reign.
