To the right honourable the Lord Mayor of the City of
London & the rest of his Majesties Justices of the peace in &
for the same City at their general Quarter Session of the peace
now assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Overseers of the Poor of
the Hamlet of Ratcliffe in the Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Sir Samuel
Fludyer
< no role > Barronet Lord Mayor of the City of London and Francis Cokayne< no role >
Esquire Alderman two of his Majesties Justices of the peace in and for
the said City of London (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the twenty sixth day of February last past Rebecca Robinson< no role > wife of
Motley Robinson< no role > (who is therein said to be gone from her ) was lately removed
from the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London to the said
Hamlet of Ratcliffe in the said Parish of Saint Dunstan Stepney in the
said County of Middlesex

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the
Judgment of the said two Justices of the peace appeal to
your Worships against the said Order and humbly desire
the Court will appoint a day this present Session for the
Hearing & determining hereof and make such Order in
the premisses as to your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc:
