Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldersgate London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Luke in the County
of Middlesex
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, One being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, That Ann Lloyd< no role > , a child aged four Years and
upwards, a Bastard , did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become
chargeable thereto, unless timely prevented, which Com-
plaint We the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof,
as well upon the Oath of Ann Lloyd< no role > the Mother of the above named Ann Lloyd< no role >
as otherwise, do adjudge to be true; and We do also ad-
judge the last legal Settlement of the said Ann Lloyd< no role > the
Daughter
to be in the said Parish of Saint Luke in the County of
Middlesex
and that thither to she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and
require you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldersgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said
Ann Lloyd< no role > the Daughter
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, who is and are hereby required to re-
ceive and provide for her according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals, this sixth
Day of October One Thousand Seven Hundred
andFifty sixty two .
