Peter Henry< no role > Alexander Laprimandaye< no role > of Angel Court Throng morton
Street London Merchant maketh Oath that in the Night time of
the twenty Sixth day of October last this Deponent house in
Angel Court was broke open and robbed of several hundred Ounces of
Plate and that he has very great Reason to beleive and does verily
beleive that the abovenamed Thomas Smith< no role > was concerned
therein as an Accomplice and that he is now and has been ever since
employed in discovering this Burglary in order to bring the Perpetuation
thereof to Justice and that part of his Please was discovered last Friday
concealed at a House in Stepney Feilds and that he is not prepared
to prosecute the said Thomas Smith< no role > at this Sessions

the Old Bailey the 13th. day of
Decr. 1762 .}
