The Information of Phoebe Langford< no role > [..]
taken before me this 6th. day of Sepr. 1762

Who being upon Oath says that she has known John
Kello now present about two Years says that on Saturday night
last about nine o'Clock, her little girl came and
told her that Mr. Kello had been at her Mother House
and desired to Speak with this Informt. says that
she immediately went out and saw said John Kello< no role >
in the Street, that he then informed her that he had
been in the Country, had received five Pounds worth
of half pence, that they were hear [..] in his Pocket
and desired She wou'd take them, says that he then
gave her a Bagg Tied up in a Pocket Handkerchief and Sealed
says that She carried the said Bagg [..] in doore &
that he desired her to keep it till he called for it, says
yt. he came again about 10 o'Clock the same Night at
which time, at his request She carried the said Bagg
up Stairs, says that the said Kello put it in his Pocket
and complained that it was heavy and desired her
to keep it again till the next Morning, and that She
then put it into a Trunk now produced, says that
this Morning a Person now present who calls
himself Wm. Neat< no role > and who is one of the Constables
of the City and liberty of Westminsr. took the said
Bagg with its contents out of the said Trunk says
that She has seen Mr. Joseph [..] Kello< no role > twice or three
times or oftner, says that last Sunday Senight late at
Night the said John Kello< no role > [..] came to the Lodgings of
this Informt. and pulled out of his Pocket some
