then quitted his Brother, leaving him in possession of
the aforesaid Letter, Draft & Bill of Exchange all
which, his Brother John Kello< no role > knew to be false
forged and Counterfeited, says that as he was
parting from him he saw him Becken to a
Porter & saw the said Porter move towards him
who as this Informt. believes took the sd. Letter
from his Brother and carried it to Mr. Cotton
as aforesaid, for that he this Informt. went
directly to Mr. Cotton at which place he had not
been many Minutes before a Porter brought
and delivered the said Letter to Mr. Cotton, says that
Mr. Cotton Reced the sd. Lre in the presence of this Informt.
which he then knew to be the sameLetter [..] which was wrote at the
Red Lyon and delivered as aforesaid, says that Mr. Cotton
went out immediately & as he believes to receive the
Money for the said Draft says that he staid at
Mr. Cotton's til he returnd [..] says that finding from
Mr. Cotton that he had not left the Bank Note wh
he had recd for the Draft at Sam's Coffee House
agreeable to direction had recd in the aforesd. Lre he this
Informt. immediately went to Seymour's Coffee
House where he was to meet his Brother by
appointment, that he found his Brother there
& told him that Cotton had not left the Bill at
Sams Coffee House , that they then agreed that
his Brother Jno. Kello< no role > shou'd go to the Antigallican
Coffee House and send a Letter or Message
from thence to Mr. Cotton to desire him to send
the Parcell that was to be left at Sams
by the bearer, says that he then Parted
