he afterwards heard a great Scuffling about
the Room and heard Daniels damn his Wife
sevl. times; that he heard her beg him to forgive
her, and promising that she would never
offend him again in like manner; that he
afterwards heard a great noise in the Room
as if he or his wife had fell on the Floor, &
presently afterwards heard Daniels Wife,
out oh, [..] oh, and then heard something
to fall from the Window on the Ruthouse
which Dept. believed to be Daniels Wife;
that Dept. then went down Stairs & ran into the
Street where he saw sd. Daniels Wife noticed
and speech less, and Dept. immediately afterwards
returned to his own Apartment.

Work Knitter maketh Oath and saith that on [..]
[..] Saturday Morning last Dept. being in
the Lodging Room of sd. Daniels House where he saw [..]
Sarah< no role > the Wife of sd. Daniels expireing; that he
there saw a Pair of Iron Pliers lying in the Window
of the Room, that Dept. saw Blood about the Plier
but cannotform no Judgement how such Blood came
there & say there was a Basoninwhich the
[..] contained the Blood of sd. Sarah Daniels< no role >
when bled after her fall which lay very near
to the Pliers.
