On the prosecution of Toussanit Felix Urvoy< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
For a Misdemeanor

Toussaint Felix Urvoy< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. the above prosecutor
Maketh Oath That Mary Foster< no role > Spinster us a
Material Witness for the King on the Tryall of the
above Cause And without whose Testimony on the
Behalf of his Magestie it will not be save to proceed
to Tryall And this Deponent further Saith that he this
Deponent has made and Caused to be made diligent
Search and Enquiry after the said Mary Foster< no role > in Order
to have served her with a Subpena for the Tryall in this
Cause at this present Sessions but Notwithstanding his
Utmost Endeavour hath not been able to meet with her
or to gett her served with such subpena And this Deponent
further Saith that he has been Credibly Informed and
verily believes that the said Mary Foster< no role > is kept out of
the way by the said Defendants of one of them to
prevent her being a Witness for the King in this Cause
But this Deponent hopes to be able to gett her
Subpenaed before the next Sessions

Sworn at Justice Hall in ye
old Baily 25 June 1761 .
